We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team and support the operations of our Hindu Mandir's website and mobile app. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital operations, event management, live streaming, ad management, and collaborative project execution within a cultural and religious context. 2. 10-15 hours per week, for 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website and App Management: Maintain and update the Hindu Mandir website using WIX, ensuring content is current and reflective of upcoming events and initiatives.

2. Flyer Management: Responsible for uploading new flyers and removing expired ones from both the website and mobile app, keeping the community informed about upcoming cultural and religious events.

3. Event Page Creation: Design and develop webpages and RSVP forms for events, enhancing community engagement and participation.

4. Event Management: Utilize Eventbrite to create and manage ticket sales for major events such as Diwali, Holi, etc., including setup, monitoring, and adjustments as needed. Compile and send sales reports to the Financial Team, providing insights into event performance.

5. Live Streaming: Set up and manage live streaming for events, including camera setup and operation, ensuring high-quality video capture and streaming via YouTube.

6. Ad Management: Coordinate and manage the display of advertisements on Hindu Mandir TVs, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with the Religious and Outreach teams to ensure accurate and effective promotion of events and activities.

8. Adaptability: Ready to adapt to the ebb and flow of work, managing time effectively to meet fluctuating demands.

5. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with live streaming technologies and equipment, or is eager to learn and agin that knowledge.

6. Punctuality: Must be punctual and prompt in delivering tasks, demonstrating reliability and commitment to the role.
