We are a fast-growing Indian cloud kitchen focused on delivering high-quality, flavorful, and consistent dishes crafted for modern delivery platforms. Our menu highlights regional Indian flavors with an emphasis on curries, biryanis, snacks, and homestyle specialties.
Please note: Our kitchen does not offer any tandoori items, and the role does not require tandoor operation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare a variety of Indian dishes including curries, biryanis, gravies, rice items, snacks, and regional specialties.
  • Ensure all dishes meet our standards for taste, presentation, and portion consistency.
  • Follow standardized recipes and contribute to menu development for delivery-optimized items.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Manage daily prep, ingredient portioning, and inventory rotation (FIFO).
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment during peak hours.
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and storage practices.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, delivery-focused kitchen setup.
  • Assist in packaging and labeling orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly.
  • Other duties as assigned.

   QUALIFICATIONS

    • Proven experience cooking Indian cuisine in a restaurant, cloud kitchen, or catering environment.
    • Strong knowledge of Indian spices, gravies, and regional cooking techniques.
    • Ability to work without a tandoor; this role does not involve preparing tandoori dishes.
    • Familiarity with cloud-kitchen operations is a plus.
    • Ability to multitask and manage high-volume order flow.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
    • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours as needed.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with delivery-optimized menu design.
    • Knowledge of cost control, portioning, and waste reduction.
    • Ability to adapt recipes for consistency across batches.
    • Basic understanding of kitchen technology (POS systems, order screens, etc.).

    Salary

    $3000-$3500/monthly based on experience

    This role is in Duluth, MN
