Looking for a male roommate to sign a new lease starting in the first week of July!

I'm a working professional commuting to Downtown and currently exploring apartments in the Edina / Eden Prairie area. I've already shortlisted a few good apartment options and am mainly looking for a 2 bed / 2 bath setup so we each have our own private bedroom and bathroom.

Expected total rent for the apartment is around $2000/month, so roughly $1000 per person before utilities. Utilities will be split evenly.

A little about me:

• Calm, respectful, and easygoing

• Non-smoker and non-drinker

• I value cleanliness and hygiene and would prefer someone who also likes keeping the place clean and comfortable

• I don't host large parties, but occasional guests or small gatherings are completely fine

I already have many common-area essentials including furniture, sofa, and TV, which you're welcome to use.

I also have a car and can occasionally help with short-distance rides if needed.
